I am writing at “Hardcore Espresso” today. This is an Iconic coffee shop in Sebastopol, California, that I love. The open concept with weed smoking being an accepted custom is really what I used to love, but I am banned from smoking right now, so I am just here for the coffee and the ambiance. Art is everywhere around me right now so I feel at home creating the art you are reading. Angels, Demons, Lions and scorpions are on the wall to my left. There is a man with a dog lounging on a comfy chair workin on his computer to my right. There is also a whole nother world of eclectic people and things outside that give off great vibes. I saw a veteran (Gary) who used to have a coin shop with his dad that I bought some foreign bills off of before I sat down. He is a walking story book in himself. I love this place.

I forgot to write about myself on my last autobiography day so I am doing that today. I wrote about sub-val/money two days in a row instead. No worries. I will never run out of things in my own life to talk about. My views on healthy eating is something I will touch on here. Bitcoiners got me to adapt a carnivore diet. I never would have dreamt that I would feel so good by eating mostly steak. My goal is to get back to being more strict about the other things in my diet. I have relapsed and have been eating some fiat food since the prison visit. I am eating an apple fritter and drinking a vanilla latte as I write this. However, my main sustenance is still Ribeye steaks. I fuel my 240 pound body with steak for the most part. I feel best when fasting and eating steak once or twice a day. :) My cross-fit journey is about to start…

…back up in about a week. I will be trying to get my diet back on track as well. There is a symbiotic relationship with exercise and diet. Nobody wants to ruin their gains by eating garbage after a good workout. There are no bad workouts at Cross-fit either, unless you injure yourself.
You should try a carnivore diet just to see if it works for you. I always say “to each his own” which means that everybody is free to choose what suits them best. So try it. You have nothin to lose. I met two older ladies who were married to each other at a bitcoin meetup recently who both adopted the carnivore diet and said they have never felt better. They don’t take meds anymore or anything. They are 63 and 74. The anecdotal evidence is impossible to ignore. I was persuaded to try it by Dr. Baker. You can look him up on X-itter. He is a beast. Try it. Thank me later! :)
