Chapter 13 - Cannabis/Weed

The “devil’s lettuce” is something that people like to say. I think it is silly or nonsensical. Some people believe cannabis is bad or even demonic. Lol! I would argue that all drugs that were invented or concocted by man could be labeled demonic. However, Weed, or Cannabis, was around either before man or right when man was created depending on what you believe. In other words, it is what I would call a natural or organic medicine. It grows from the ground.

Let’s think about the two words “drug” and “medicine.” These are synonyms, but one gets a negative connotation. Drug is used when you want to say something disparaging or derogatory about the product. Medicine is looked at as beneficial and therefore gets a pass. …argue that it is not good for you at all. It is a drug and I can call it that because this is my book. I will tell you that some people get prescribed this Drug/Medicine and are supposed to take it the rest of their life according to the doctor. That makes no sense to me.

You always have to look at the incentives behind the recommendation. Who is making money for prescribing? That is the problem with modern day medicine. Weed or Cannabis is rarely prescribed because it does not make anybody money. It is cheap. You can grow it at home like an aloe vera plant that you can use for skin lotion. I might not be a genius, but I can see the ads that are all over the tele-screens. There are no weed commercials, but plenty of commercials for all the man-made, patented, money making drugs. :/ It is sad how far it has…

…gotten. Reality is such a bizzaro world right now. It’s all about who can lie the best. Lawyers get paid boatloads of money because they know how to blur the lines of what is a lie and what is truth. Drug companies need lawyers like a willow tree needs water.

All drugs or meds can be abused. To me, man-made drugs get more abused than natural ones. The proof is easy to see. Nature or God makes flower. Men make Cocaine, Heroin, Meth, and Opiates in general. Too many people are dying from man-made drugs because of how the system is set up. The masses get in to trouble for being addicts. They should be getting treated or helped with compassion but that would disrupt the current system of tyranny and someone would lose money. The powers that be need the system to continue to keep their revenue streams from drying up. :(
