My writing journey has been a bit crazy. I decided to write this book last year so that I could tell the truth about a few things that I believe very strongly about weed and money. I got derailed and here I am back at it. I am 15 days in on part 2 with 6 more days after this to complete my book. My life is still in disarray but I am always grateful. Things can always be worse. I know from experience. Lol!
I’ve learned a few things, though. You can control the way you feel by your actions and also through meditation, which is actually an action of mostly breathing. Praying is basically meditation. Some people let the words confuse them, but you should learn to control your thoughts. Thoughts pop in your mind all the time and I know you can’t really control what…

…thoughts pop in your head but you can control how long they stay there. Optimistic thoughts are the ones that I like to keep there. When negative thoughts come up, swipe left or delete. Get rid of that nonsense. The longer you think, pessimistically, the more chance you have of negative things coming into your life. We are all busy manifesting the future. We may not know it, but our thoughts lead to what our future will become. So, I say control it the best you can. I like to read the Bible as one form of positive action. My mom taught me this tactic or strategy when I was 19 years old.

… I couldn’t sleep, I would do as she said and read the Bible until I fell asleep. This led to good dreams and a positive outlook. I thank my mom for that very sound advice that led me down a positive path. I built a relationship with my creator early in life due to this small, but monumental habit.
Small daily habits can lead to huge wins. Starting a journey is always scary, but taking that baby step is the best thing you can do. Even if you stop or discontinue a good habit, it is not a failure. It is a win because next time you try to build a good habit you will be able to look back to that and have an experience to draw from. Reading has been a super-power for me. I feel so blessed that I had that guidance as a young man. God’s grace in action.
