The Bible has a lot of wise verses about money. Subjective value changes throughout time. Salt, cattle, seashells, gold, and silver are only a handful of things that have been used by people throughout history. The thing that does not change is the wisdom of how to use money. This wisdom can be found in the Bible. There is a man named Gene Odening that I’ve heard many times on podcasts who seems pretty smart or wise to me. He is more of a sage and says to read the Bible if you want to learn about markets. He is not religious at all, but he taught me the Trivium. I believe I have already went over the Trivium (Grammar, Logic, and Rhetoric) earlier in my writings. But, I will reiterate that you can learn anything you put your mind to. First, learn the words or grammar of the subject or…

…topic. Second, learn how to put some thoughts (syllogisms) together (ideas). That is the logic. Then, you will eventually become a master and be able to create a thesis or hypothesize on the topic of subject. (Rhetoric) That is the Trivium in a nutshell. You can learn about money by doing just that. Learn the words. Get the books that teach you about fiat money. Then, get the books that teach you about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is just the gold standard of our time taking shape as I write. People gravitate to the best money/Sub-val. It is a known fact. Nobody would have stopped using gold and started using fiat if it was not forced upon them. The only thing is that today is a different era. I would also argue that money is information. Bitcoin is all information. You are transferring Sub-Val by sending information to…

…a new wallet. The evolution of money has been extremely fast the last few decades and is only speeding up. Where we end up in 10-15 years, I have no idea, but I know what system I am storing my sub-val in. The bitcoin network offers the best system to store my family’s sub-val/Money. Stocks that use bitcoin as their treasury asset are also a new and novel idea, but I am a little skeptical about this system. The reason: Gubments may get fed up with this process. They may confiscate that company’s assets and fire sell their Bitcoin. Who knows? I don’t want the extra risk. I have an asset in bitcoin that is “resistance” money. It was built with a defensive mindset. The people in power are going to fight with every tool they can imagine to hold on to their power. Having control of the currency was one of their superpowers… Not anymore! :)
