Part 2 - Weed - Chapter 1

Where do I begin? My thoughts this morning are on a very distant cloud. However, I am going to do my best. This is the one-year anniversary of when I started writing this book. A lot has happened since then. I am currently on a 348 day forced sabbatical. The powers that be have deemed it illegal for me to smoke weed or I go back to jail. LoL! Nevermind that I live in CA where it is legal and has been for ages.
The latest news about Cannabis is that the DEA is going to reschedule it to a Schedule 3 drug which is much less harmful to society. This is happening very soon. Probably before the upcoming election. This will help me with the nonsensical case that I am fighting. Hopefully they will drop the case by the time my trial date arrives which is in April of 2025.

The concept of a plant being made illegal to grow is to me very wrong. If God allows you to grow something, what gives some bureaucrat the right to take that away. You could argue for poppy plants and the coca bush as well.
They say that they are doing this to protect society, but it is clearly tyranny. The people in power love to control other people and having Marijuana/Weed/Cannabis illegal gives them a lever. The heavy hand of Gubment uses these laws to steal value and to subjugate young men still to this day. Sadly, I have become one of these men even though I am not young.
The truth is that these people will continue these charades as long as they can. This awful system of (fiat) money makes this whole thing possible. As the weed industry adapts to the new Bitcoin money :) system,…

…things will get dramatically better. The legacy weed maket is the (Black) market, but soon the “legacy” weed/Cannabis market will be people that use fiat money to go buy flower at a “dispensary.” This whole system was set up to extract money from the industry. It is evolving or devolving you could say. Most of the people who go into business with the government by jumping through the bureaucratic hoops end up going out of business. There are too many fees and taxes and not enough money involved to make it profitable. The only ones that are surviving are the huge companies with VC (Venture Capital) funding or the ones playing both sides. (Legal and Black Market). We will see how it all shakes out as our country is going through some interesting times right now. The money will play a linchpin role in Cannabis’s future. :) Buy Bitcoin! ;)
