Part 3 - Chapter 16 - Weed

I have been living my life weed free since August 30th, 2023, when I was unlawfully arrested for not adhering or complying with a court ordered mental competency test. I was incarcerated for 4 1/2 months and forced to take a gubment mental competency test in Lexington, Kentucky. When I was released on January 11th, 2024, I had new stipulations which made it so I was not allowed to use cannabis in any way as part of my bond release.
None of the restrictions in my case make any sense to me. I have drawn the conclusion that the system is set up for tyranny. Due process is a fallacy in the U.S.A. I have never had any altercations with law enforcement my whole adult life yet I was treated as if I was a huge threat to society. The premise of selling weed was my so-called crime. There are publicly traded companies selling weed all across our country with no repercussions, but I am, for whatever reason, being prosecuted.
The good news is that I watched a video of Trump the other day and he was asked a question about the rescheduling of Marijuana. He gave off the vibe that he was going to reschedule it. Nothing…

…is certain especially with Trump involved, but he seemed like he is going to make a move to reschedule weed to a schedule 3 drug. He said this would happen in a matter of two weeks. This will affect my case dramatically. My fingers are crossed.
The laws that are put in place regarding cannabis are not there to help the people. This, in 2025, is obvious to anyone who can think for themselves. Maybe some robotniks, automatons, or drones believe these laws are there to help people in society. Whoever those people are, I can guarantee you they do not use cannabis. They are not affected by these laws. The people that benefit from these laws are very few. They range from lawyers to DEA agents and some other gubment workers. It is just legacy systems that resist change. It has gotten too obvious to ignore.
I have been living in California since January of 2020. The crazy thing is that in the scamdemic of Covid they did not shut the dispensaries down. They decided that they were essential businesses. It is pretty comical to see how juxtaposed these concepts are. My story is just one of many. I am not clear on how many people are in prison for marijuana, but even one person is too many.

I know there is more than that in jail for this nonsense.
I have never liked to see the strong pick on the weak. That is what it looks like to me when I see Gubment agents and lawyers getting men and women incarcerated with nonsensical statutes. It is the “mentally strong” tyrannizing the weak-minded people using a harmless medicine. It is a plant that grows out of the ground.
Even worse is the way it is used to screw over the blacks and mexicans. I hate seeing it. The strong should protect the weak. The people that are behind this have no integrity. They are bullies. And today it is plain to see. Let’s hope this subjugation and tyranny ends soon. This has been going on too long. I am going to do whatever it takes to stay out of prison, but regardless if I get sent to prison or stay free I am going to fight against this kind of nonsense.
There is nothing wrong with people who smoke or use cannabis. People are entitled to do what they want. That is what a so-called “free” country is supposed to offer. The U.S. has become a place of tyranny masquerading as a place of liberty. The land of the free, home of the brave is a slogan, not reality!
